المهام الوظيفية :
1. استقبال العملاء والتوجيه داخل أقسام المتجر
2. تقديم معلومات دقيقة مثل ميزات المنتج ، والأسعار وخدمات ما بعد البيع
3. التجاوب مع العملاء فيما يخص المنتجات والخدمات
4. اظهار المقارنات بين الأسعار والميزات الاضافية لتشجيع العملاء على الشراء
5. إعداد وتجهيز العروض الترويجية المختلفة
6. الإشراف على تناسق عمليات التخزين والكميات المعروضة على الرفوف
7. الاشراف على اجراءات الاسترجاع واستبدال المنتجات حسب سياسة الشركة
8. التنسيق مع فريق عمل مبيعات التجزئة لتقديم خدمة عملاء ممتازة خاصة خلال أوقات الذروة والمواسم والاعياد
9. تعريف العملاء بأحدث العروض والخصومات الخاصة بشكل مستمر
10. تقديم تقارير دورية عن ملاحظات العملاء إلى مدير المبيعات
11. الإطلاع بشكل دائم على المنتجات والخدمات الجديدة
12. القدرة على تغير عرض المعرض حسب تعليمات ادارة المبيعات
13. المعرفة الجيدة بتحويلات البضائع واستلام السندات
المهارات اللازمة :
1. الفهم الجيد لعملية البيع بالتجزئة
2. الإلمام بمبادئ سلوك المستهلك
3. معرفة إجراءات التخزين بالشكل المناسب للمنتجات
4. اجادة إجراء العمليات الحسابية
5. القدرة على تحقيق نسبة المبيعات المطلوبة
6. اجادة مهارات التواصل والقدرة على بناء علاقات ثقة مع العملاء
7. القدرة على العمل في مواعيد مختلفة
المتطلبات الوظيفة
- الحد الادنى للخبرة سنة في مجال البيع بداخل المولات
- يشترط التحصين بجرعتين في تطبيق توكلنا
- يشترط توفر وسيلة مواصلات ممتازة
- يفضل من لديه خبرة في ادارة المعارض
