المسمى الوظيفي: مهندس مساحة (Survey Engineer – Landscaping)
الهدف من الوظيفة: تنفيذ جميع أعمال الرفع المساحي والتوقيع المساحي لمشاريع الحدائق والتشجير والري، وضمان تنفيذ الأعمال طبقًا للمخططات والمناسيب المعتمدة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
مراجعة المخططات والإحداثيات قبل بدء التنفيذ.
تنفيذ الرفع المساحي للموقع وإعداد خرائط الرفع.
توقيع جميع عناصر المشروع مثل:
مسارات المشاة.
الأرصفة والبردورات.
المسطحات الخضراء.
مناطق زراعة الأشجار والشجيرات.
شبكات الري وغرف المحابس.
أعمدة الإنارة.
النوافير والعناصر التجميلية.
تحديد المناسيب والميول لضمان تصريف مياه الأمطار.
متابعة تنفيذ المقاول والتأكد من مطابقة الأعمال للمخططات.
إجراء الرفع النهائي (As-Built Survey).
إعداد التقارير المساحية اليومية.
المحافظة على أجهزة المساحة ومعايرتها.
التنسيق مع مهندس المشروع والاستشاري.
