System Technician

SMARTECH is looking for a professional and customer-focused System Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with technology systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel to customer sites for system installation, training, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain SMARTECH software and hardware solutions.
Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Train customers on the proper use of our systems.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure successful implementation and smooth operation of customer systems.
Maintain professional relationships with customers and deliver excellent service.
Report technical issues and customer feedback to the management team.
Requirements
Experience in POS systems, business software, or IT systems.
Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Valid driving license (required).
Willingness to travel to customer locations when needed.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Professional appearance and a positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with restaurant, retail, or ERP/POS systems.
Knowledge of Windows, Android devices, and networking.
Experience in customer training and technical support.
