PROJECT COORDINATOR (With Joinery Experience)
We are looking for an experienced project coordinator with a strong background in the joinery industry to oversee and coordinate our custom joinery projects from planning through to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage joinery projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Liaise with clients, designers, architects, suppliers, and site teams.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, material procurement, and production timelines.
Coordinate with the factory and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure all work complies with quality standards, specifications, and safety requirements.
Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination within the joinery, fit-out, or woodworking industry.
Strong understanding of joinery manufacturing, production processes, and site installation.
Ability to read and interpret joinery drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
