COST CONTROL ENGINEER in Riyadh

**Cost Control Engineer Required**

A leading construction company is seeking to hire a **Cost Control Engineer** with relevant experience in the Saudi Arabian construction market.

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

* 3–5 years of experience in cost control within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

* Proven experience in construction projects, including:

* Infrastructure Works

* Landscape Works

* Building Construction

* Fit-Out Projects

* MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Works

* Strong understanding of project budgeting, cost estimation, and financial reporting.

* Experience in monitoring project costs, analyzing variances, and implementing cost control measures.

* Familiarity with contracts, BOQs, and project financial management.

* Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and cost control/ERP systems.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Monitor and control project costs to ensure alignment with approved budgets.

* Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

* Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.

* Coordinate with project, planning, and commercial teams to track project performance.

* Review and validate subcontractor and supplier invoices.

* Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.

* Maintain accurate cost records and documentation.
