Technician (Maintenance) in Riffa

A reputable company in Bahrain is looking for a Technician (Maintenance) with the following qualifications:

> Graduate of engineering course.

> Minimum of 4 years experience in the same field.

> Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems

> Troubleshooting and fault-finding skills

> Preventive maintenance planning

> Local transfer only.

> Can join immediately.

> Any nationality can apply

Duties & Responsibilities:

> Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and systems.

> Inspect equipment regularly to identify faults, wear, or potential failures.

> Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic problems and carry out repairs.

> Install, assemble, and test new equipment or replacement parts.

> Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports, and work logs.

> Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.

> Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company procedures.

> Use hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments safely and effectively.

> Replace worn or defective components as required.

> Coordinate with production or operations teams to schedule maintenance activities.

> Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.

> Maintain inventory of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies.

> Keep work areas clean, organized, and free from hazards.

> Assist in equipment commissioning, shutdowns, and overhauls.

> Report recurring equipment issues and suggest preventive solutions.

> Follow manufacturer guidelines and technical manuals during maintenance tasks.

> Participate in emergency repairs and on-call maintenance when required.

> Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and equipment failures.

> Train or assist junior technicians and operators on basic equipment maintenance.

> Comply with all company policies, environmental regulations, and health and safety standards.
