Waiter and Chef Helper Required for Restaurant

Responsible for providing excellent customer service by welcoming guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring customers have an enjoyable dining experience. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Present menus and explain daily specials and promotions.
Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system or order pad.
Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining presentation standards.
Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on guests throughout their meal.
Respond professionally to customer requests, complaints, and special dietary requirements.
Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, tables, chairs, and service stations.
Process customer payments accurately using cash, card, or digital payment methods.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely order preparation.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
Promote menu items and suggest additional food or beverages to increase sales.
Comply with company policies and health and safety regulations.
