Field Marketing & Admin Assistant – Mobile Car Wash Startup

Location: Muscat, Oman (Mobile – covering all areas)
Type: Full-time / Part-time (trial permanent)

We are a new mobile car wash service based in Muscat. We need a smart, energetic, and reliable person who can handle both:

Office side: WhatsApp business, computer, scheduling, simple reports, customer follow-ups.

Field side: Distributing flyers, visiting companies, handing out proposals, talking to office managers, and getting feedback.

What you will do:
Manage WhatsApp business – reply to customers, send price lists, track bookings.
Use basic Excel/Google Sheets for daily reports.
Go to offices, hypermarkets, residential compounds – deliver flyers and brochures.
Meet receptionists and admin staff – present our offer in a friendly way.
Collect feedback from potential B2B customers (why they said yes or no).
Assist the founder with ad-hoc tasks (printing, coordinating, simple logistics).

What we are looking for:
Fluent in English (Arabic is a big plus – but not mandatory).
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Drive, and basic typing.
Outgoing, brave, not shy to walk into an office and start a conversation.
Owns a smartphone with data plan.
Has a car or scooter (fuel allowance provided).
Reliable, on time, honest.
Lives in or near Muscat.

Base salary (300-350omr/month depending on experience)
Fuel allowance + phone credit
Commission for every new B2B client you bring (10% of first 3 months)
