– استقطاب عملاء جدد، أو تحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء دائمين للشركة.
– الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين.
– الاستجابة لجميع الأسئلة والاستفسارات المتعلّقة ببرنامج التسويق والتي من الممكن أن يطرحها العملاء أو الموظفون الداخليون للشركات العميلة.
– تنسيق الجهود والأنشطة مع فريق المبيعات وتأسيس تفاهم لبناء الحملات التسويقيّة وتطويرها بطريقة تخدم أهداف المنظمة.
– التأكد من أخذ أوامر آمنة وخالية من الأخطاء للعملاء لنقلها إلى الجهات الصحيحة أو المسؤولة.
– تقديم منتجات وخدمات للعملاء، بالإضافة إلى توضيح جميع الأمور المتعلّقة بها وشرح مزاياها وخصائصها لهم.
– تحليل السوق لإيجاد الفرص الممكنة أو تحديد الخطر الذي من الممكن أن يؤثر على أهداف الشركة.
– ابتكار أفكار جديدة لترويج منتجات الشركة وتسويقها بطريقة مختلفة لزيادة إمكانية بيعها للعملاء.
– إعداد المواد التسويقيّة التي تتضمنها الحملات التي تقوم بها الشركة، كالنشرات والإعلانات والكتيبات وما إلى ذلك.
– المشاركة في المؤتمرات وورشات العمل التي تخص المنتجات الخاصة بالشركة.
– إجراء التجارب والعروض التوضيحيّة وتدريبات الشرح عن المنتجات المسوّق لها، وإبراز القدرة الضروريّة على الإقناع.
– تطوير برامج أو خطط تسويقية تعمل على زيادة الولاء والثقة في العلامة التجارية او منتجات الشركة.
– البقاء على الاطّلاع باتّجاهات الصناعة وتطوّرات السوق، وما يمكن أن يقدّمه المنافسون وذلك في سبيل التأهب لمواجهة المستجدات التي تؤثّر على الأداء بشكلٍ عام.
