Identity And Access Management & Security Engineer in Manama

We are seeking a dedicated IAM & Security Engineer to oversee and strengthen our organization’s identity management, endpoint protection, and cloud security posture. In this role, you will be responsible for administering core identity architectures, monitoring systems for security threats, leading incident investigations, and ensuring compliance across all IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

Lead daily Microsoft Entra ID administration, user provisioning, access control lifecycle, and governance.

Implement and manage Privileged Access Management (PAM) policies.

Configure, enforce, and optimize Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Passwordless Authentication protocols.

System & Endpoint Security:

Oversee vulnerability assessment and patch management programs across infrastructure and endpoints.

Execute system and security hardening standards for devices, software, and cloud systems.

Deploy, manage, and audit endpoint security controls.

Monitoring, Incident Response & Cloud Security:

Provide ongoing security monitoring support and operational oversight.

Lead security incident investigations, mitigation, and post-incident remediation.

Administer cloud security controls and support overall cloud security architecture.

Provide technical documentation and evidence support for internal/external security compliance and audits.

Key Qualifications & Skills

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), MFA, PAM, and modern identity workflows.

Proven track record in vulnerability management, endpoint protection solutions, and system hardening.

Solid understanding of cloud security frameworks, audit readiness, and incident response procedures.

Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, SC-300, AZ-500, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent) are highly desirable.
