We are looking for the candidate for below position.

1. Bit runner: The Bit Runner provides on-site technical support for the deployment of Fixed Cutter (PDC) and Roller Cone drill bits. They verify wellbore parameters, ensure the correct nozzles are installed for optimal fluid hydraulics, monitor drilling dynamics to prevent cutter damage, and perform official forensic inspections when a bit is pulled back out of the hole.

2. Tool Specialist: The Wellbore Clean Out Specialist manages the selection, assembly, and operation of specialized mechanical cleanup tools and chemical displacement fluids at the rig site. They work closely with the operator’s Company Man and the rig crew to transition the wellbore from a drilling environment to a clean completion environment, optimizing displacement efficiency and minimizing fluid interface contamination

3. DT&R Field Specialist: The Casing While Drilling Specialist manages the deployment, mechanical makeup, and operational performance of CwD systems at the rig site. They provide technical expertise on both non-retrievable systems (where a drillable PDC bit is used at the end of the casing and later cemented in place) and retrievable systems (where the BHA is latched inside the casing and pulled back to the surface using wireline before cementing).

4. DT&R Field Specialist The Borehole Enlargement Specialist oversees the prep, assembly, and real-time execution of hole-opening operations. They handle both standard fixed-blade Hole Openers and advanced Concentrics / Expandable Underreamers—highly technical tools that run closed inside existing casing strings and expand their cutting arms via hydraulic pressure or mechanical activation once they clear the casing shoe.
