Urgent Hiring: Senior MEP Construction Manager

Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Employment Type: Full-Time / On-Site

Experience Required: Minimum 15 Years (Prior KSA / Gulf experience preferred)

Industry: Commercial, Residential, Infrastructure & Giga-Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced MEP Construction Manager with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale, high-value building and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead the execution, sub-contractor management, and testing & commissioning (T&C) of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Fire Protection, and Low Voltage (ELV) systems.

This role requires strong technical leadership, deep knowledge of Saudi Building Codes (SBC), and an established track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to international quality standards in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities

•

Site Management & Execution: Oversee day-to-day site installation of all MEP trades (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV) to align with baseline schedules and approved shop drawings.

•

Testing, Commissioning & Handover (T&C): Lead systems integration, testing, commissioning, and final handover procedures to clients and local authorities.

•

Standards & Compliance: Ensure all installations comply strictly with Saudi Building Codes (SBC), SEC, NWC, Civil Défense (MCD/NFPA), and project specifications.

•

Quality & Safety Assurance: Drive site safety policies (HSE/ISO 45001) and enforce Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) standards across all work fronts.

•

Planning & Progress Monitoring: Work alongside project controls and planning teams (using Primavera P6) to track progress, resolve delays, and manage value engineering or variations.

Qualification & Certifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.

•

Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in MEP construction management, with at least 5 years in a senior/leadership position

•

Technical Software: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and BIM / Navisworks coordination tools.
