📍 Location: Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia

💼 Department: Supply Chain / Procurement

We are looking for an experienced Buyer / Procurement Buyer to join our Supply Chain & Procurement team.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in procurement, purchasing, supplier coordination, inventory management, and SAP ERP – preferably SAP MM, within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review MRP requirements and Purchase Requisitions (PR) using SAP

• Create, process, and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) in SAP

• Source and evaluate suppliers and obtain competitive quotations

• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules

• Follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

• Monitor material availability and inventory levels

• Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Maintenance, Quality, and Finance departments

• Resolve material shortages and expedite urgent requirements

• Monitor supplier performance, quality, and delivery KPIs

• Support cost reduction and alternative sourcing initiatives

• Maintain accurate procurement records and generate purchasing reports

• Monitor Goods Receipt (GR), Invoice Receipt (IR), and open PO status

🔹 SAP EXPERIENCE

Hands-on experience with SAP ERP / SAP MM is required, including:

✅ Purchase Requisitions (PR)

✅ Purchase Orders (PO)

✅ RFQ & Quotation Management

✅ Vendor/Supplier Master Data

✅ Inventory Management

✅ MRP & Material Planning

✅ Goods Receipt (GR)

✅ Open PO & Procurement Reports

🔹 QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field

• 2–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is preferred

• Strong hands-on experience with SAP MM / SAP ERP

• Advanced MS Excel and reporting skills

• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

⭐ PREFERRED CANDIDATE

Candidates with experience in industrial manufacturing, packaging operations, spare parts, raw materials, consumables, and production-related procurement will be highly preferred.

📌 Experience with MRP, supplier performance monitoring, inventory control, and cost-saving initiatives will be an added advantage.
