Ducting Fabricator – Job Details

Position: Ducting Fabricator

Department: HVAC / Ducting

Location: Saudi Arabia

Experience: 2–5 years in HVAC duct fabrication

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate and assemble GI and pre-insulated HVAC ducts as per drawings and measurements.

Read and understand ducting shop drawings and fabrication details.

Perform cutting, bending, folding, beading, and assembling of duct sections.

Operate duct fabrication machines and hand tools safely.

Ensure proper dimensions, alignment, joints, and finishing of ductwork.

Fabricate elbows, reducers, transitions, dampers, and other duct fittings.

Follow project specifications and required quality standards.

Coordinate with ducting installers and site supervisors.

Minimize material wastage during fabrication.

Maintain cleanliness and safety in the workshop.

Inspect completed duct sections before sending them to the site.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of HVAC duct fabrication.

Ability to read basic shop drawings.

Experience with GI sheet and pre-insulated duct fabrication.

Knowledge of duct measurements and fittings.

Ability to use fabrication tools and machinery.

Good understanding of workplace safety.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

Experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC HVAC projects.

Experience with large commercial, industrial, or construction projects.
