AI Strategist in Manama

Job Description

We are looking for a forward-thinking and results-driven AI Strategist to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities to implement Artificial Intelligence, automation, and emerging technologies to improve business operations, customer experience, marketing, sales, and overall business performance.

Candidates with a background in real estate are highly preferred, as understanding property sales, marketing, customer management, and real estate operations will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement AI strategies aligned with the company’s business goals.

Identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation.

Research and recommend AI tools, platforms, and technologies suitable for business needs.

Develop AI-driven strategies for sales, marketing, customer service, lead generation, and business operations.

Work closely with management and different departments to identify opportunities for AI implementation.

Develop strategies for AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, lead management, and customer engagement.

Explore the use of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation tools.

Analyze market and technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.

Coordinate with developers, IT teams, marketing teams, and external technology providers to implement AI initiatives.

Monitor the performance and effectiveness of AI solutions and recommend improvements.

Develop guidelines and best practices for responsible and effective use of AI.

Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and assess their potential business applications.

Help the company improve productivity, reduce operational costs, and increase revenue through AI adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, business technology, automation, consulting, or a related field.

Strong understanding of AI technologies, Generative AI, LLMs, automation, and AI-powered business solutions.

Ability to identify practical AI applications based on business requirements.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Good understanding of digital marketing, CRM, lead generation, and business automation is an advantage.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.

Experience in the real estate industry is a great advantage.

Candidates must be currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiners are preferred.
