Crane Operator (Grove Mobile Crane – Up To 50 Ton) in Dammam

Job Title:

Crane Operator

Reports To:

Project Supervisor / Lifting Supervisor

Job Purpose:

To safely operate Grove mobile cranes up to 50 tons for lifting and moving materials and equipment in accordance with company procedures, project requirements, and ARAMCO safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate Grove mobile cranes up to 50 tons safely and efficiently.

Perform daily pre-operation inspections and report any defects.

Execute lifting operations according to approved lifting plans and supervisor instructions.

Follow all ARAMCO, TUV, and company HSE requirements.

Work closely with the Lifting Supervisor, Rigger, and Signalman during lifting activities.

Maintain crane cleanliness and report maintenance requirements.

Complete daily equipment inspection and operation records.

Stop work immediately if any unsafe condition is identified.

Qualifications:

High school or equivalent.

Valid Saudi Heavy Equipment Operator License (if applicable).

ARAMCO Certified Crane Operator.

TUV Crane Operator Certification (Valid).

Experience:

Minimum 3 years of experience operating Grove mobile cranes up to 50 tons.

Experience working on ARAMCO projects is preferred.

Skills:

Safe crane operation.

Knowledge of lifting plans and load charts.

Ability to read and understand hand signals.

Strong awareness of HSE requirements.

Good communication and teamwork.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Zero lifting incidents.

Compliance with ARAMCO and HSE requirements.

Daily inspection completion.

Equipment care and proper operation.

On-time completion of lifting activities.
