المؤهلات المطلوبة:
بكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال تركيب وصيانة المصاعد.
خبرة في الإشراف على فرق العمل وإدارة المشاريع الميدانية.
معرفة بأنظمة المصاعد من شركات مثل Otis، KONE، Schindler، Mitsubishi، Hyundai، Fuji، Monarch، STEP أو ما يماثلها.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
الإشراف على تركيب وتشغيل المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة وفق المواصفات الفنية ومعايير السلامة.
الإشراف المباشر على فرق الفنيين وتوزيع المهام ومتابعة جودة التنفيذ بالموقع.
تنفيذ أعمال الفحص والاختبارات قبل التسليم والتأكد من جاهزية المصاعد للتشغيل.
إعداد خطط الصيانة الوقائية والدورية ومتابعة تنفيذها.
تشخيص الأعطال الكهربائية والإلكترونية والميكانيكية وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة في أسرع وقت.
الإشراف على أعمال الصيانة التصحيحية وضمان إعادة تشغيل المصاعد بكفاءة.
مراجعة المخططات الكهربائية ودوائر التحكم الخاصة بأنظمة المصاعد.
التنسيق مع العملاء والاستشاريين والمقاولين أثناء مراحل التركيب والصيانة.
متابعة التزام فرق العمل بإجراءات السلامة والصحة المهنية (HSE).
إعداد التقارير الفنية وتقارير الصيانة والزيارات الدورية ورفعها للإدارة.
متابعة طلبات قطع الغيار والتأكد من توفر المواد اللازمة لأعمال التركيب والصيانة.
تدريب وتقييم الفنيين ورفع كفاءتهم الفنية بشكل مستمر.
ضمان الالتزام بمعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الكود السعودي وتعليمات الشركات المصنعة.
تقديم الدعم الفني للعملاء والاستجابة السريعة لبلاغات الأعطال والطوارئ.
القدرة على قراءة المخططات الكهربائية ودوائر التحكم (Control Panels).
الإلمام بمعايير السلامة والكود السعودي وأفضل الممارسات في مجال المصاعد.
