**Workshop Accountant – Ghala, Muscat**
### الهدف من الوظيفة Job Purpose
إدارة العمليات المالية والمحاسبية للورشة، ومتابعة الإيرادات والمصروفات والمخزون، وإعداد التقارير المالية لدعم الإدارة في اتخاذ القرارات.
Manage the workshop’s financial and accounting operations, monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow, and inventory, and prepare financial reports to support management decisions.
### المهام الرئيسية Key Responsibilities
* تسجيل القيود اليومية والمعاملات المالية.
Record daily financial transactions and journal entries.
* إصدار الفواتير ومتابعة التحصيل والمدفوعات.
Issue customer invoices and follow up on receivables and supplier payments.
* إعداد التسويات البنكية ومتابعة التدفقات النقدية.
Prepare bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
* متابعة المخزون وقطع الغيار وإجراء الجرد الدوري.
Monitor inventory and spare parts and conduct periodic stock counts.
* إعداد التقارير المالية والالتزام بالمتطلبات الضريبية.
Prepare financial reports and ensure tax compliance.
### المؤهلات Qualifications
* بكالوريوس في المحاسبة أو المالية أو تخصص ذي صلة.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* خبرة في مجال المحاسبة.
Previous accounting experience.
* إجادة استخدام **Tally** و**Microsoft Excel**.
Proficiency in **Tally** and **Microsoft Excel**.
* مهارات تنظيمية وتحليلية مع دقة عالية في العمل.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
