Looking For A Carpentry Foreman in Salmabad

We are looking for an experienced Carpentry Foreman to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and guide carpentry workers on-site.

2. Read and understand technical drawings and shop drawings.

3. Check all measurements from drawings before and during installation.

4. Coordinate with the team to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.

5. Ensure all carpentry work is completed to the highest quality standards.

6. Identify materials and items required from drawings and organize them before execution.

7. Monitor workmanship, solve site issues, and maintain productivity.

8. Ensure proper use and maintenance of all carpentry tools, machines, and equipment.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Carpentry Foreman or in a similar role.

2. Excellent knowledge of all carpentry works, materials, fittings, tools, and woodworking machinery.

3. Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings accurately.

4. Strong measurement and layout skills.

5. Capable of leading a team and coordinating work efficiently.

6. Ability to complete projects within deadlines while maintaining quality.

7. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
