Job Description
Ben Shams Travel & Tourism is looking for a motivated and experienced Travel & Tourism Consultant to join our team in Oman.
The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with airline ticketing, hotel reservations, visa services, holiday packages, tours, and other travel-related services.
Requirements:
Experience in travel & tourism is preferred
Knowledge of airline ticketing and reservation systems/GDS is an advantage
Good English communication skills
Arabic is an advantage
Good customer service and sales skills
Computer skills and ability to communicate professionally through WhatsApp, email, and phone
Candidates currently in Oman are preferred
Ability to join immediately is an advantage
