Role Description The Senior Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Irbid. This role oversees financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Daily responsibilities include monitoring cash flow, preparing and reviewing financial reports, managing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies. The Senior Finance Manager will lead the finance team, coordinate audits, optimize cost structures, and support senior leadership with financial insights and recommendations. The role also involves developing and improving financial controls, supporting contract and pricing decisions, and collaborating with other departments on financial aspects of projects.
Qualifications

Strong background in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and familiarity with relevant standards and regulations.
Experience using financial software and ERP systems, with advanced skills in spreadsheet and data analysis tools.
Demonstrated leadership skills, including team management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to develop and implement internal controls, risk management practices, and process improvements.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional business environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
Prior experience in healthcare, medical technology, or related industries is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Irbid and coordinate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
