We are looking for an experienced Hot Press Machine Operator to join our Joinery Division.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor hot press machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machine parameters according to production requirements.
Ensure proper bonding and pressing of wood panels and laminates.
Inspect finished products to maintain quality standards.
Perform routine machine cleaning and basic maintenance.
Follow all safety procedures and company quality standards.
Requirements:
Only candidates with proven experience operating Hot Press Machines in a joinery/woodworking environment need apply.
Ability to read and follow production specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
