Role summary
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and selling products to clients in a retail or phone-based environment while meeting set sales targets.

- Assist customers in selecting appropriate products and meeting their needs
- Process sales transactions using point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Maintain store or section appearance and organize products attractively
- Monitor inventory and report to supervisor when restocking is needed
