AI Strategist in Manama

Job Summary

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Strategist to lead our organization’s AI transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities to integrate Artificial Intelligence into business operations, improve efficiency through automation, and develop AI-powered solutions that support business growth. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute the company’s AI strategy aligned with business objectives.

Identify opportunities to automate workflows using AI technologies.

Evaluate, recommend, and implement AI tools to improve productivity and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with management and department heads to understand business needs and propose AI-driven solutions.

Build AI-powered workflows, chatbots, virtual assistants, and document automation systems.

Utilize Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, or similar AI tools.

Analyze business processes and recommend AI solutions to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

Train employees on AI best practices and promote AI adoption across departments.

Monitor AI trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.

Ensure AI solutions comply with company policies, data privacy, and ethical standards.

Prepare reports, presentations, and AI implementation roadmaps for management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation, digital transformation, or AI strategy.

Strong understanding of Generative AI, Machine Learning concepts, Prompt Engineering, and business process automation.

Experience with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Claude, or similar technologies.

Knowledge of workflow automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc.) is an advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.

Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Must be locally available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
