تسعى شركة ابو ربيع العقارية إلى تعيين مهندس مراقبة تكاليف وتسعير للانضمام إلى فريقنا و سيكون المرشح مسؤولاً عن إدارة ومتابعة تكاليف المشاريع وإعداد التسعيرات لضمان تحقيق أعلى مستويات الكفاءة والربحية.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
– إعداد وتحديث ميزانيات المشاريع ومتابعة الانحرافات بين التكاليف الفعلية والمخططة.
– إعداد جداول الكميات BOQ وتسعير بنود الأعمال للمشاريع والعطاءات الجديدة.
– إعداد التقارير الدورية للإدارة حول التكاليف، التدفقات النقدية، وتوقعات التكلفة عند الإنجاز.
– مراجعة المستخلصات وعقود المقاولين من الباطن والتأكد من مطابقتها للعقود.
– التنسيق مع أقسام المشتريات والموقع والتصميم لضبط التكاليف وتحقيق الأهداف.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
– درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو ما يعادلها.
– خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال مراقبة التكاليف والتسعير في شركات المقاولات.
إ- تقان برامجMicrosoft Excel المتقدمة ويفضل الخبرة في برامج التسعير.
– معرفة بعقود FIDIC وإعداد وتحليل جداول الكميات.
– اتقان برنامج AutoCAD.
– مهارات تحليلية ودقة في العمل والالتزام بالمواعيد.
– إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
