- خبرة سابقة أو العمل في نفس مجال عمل الشركة
- إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل اجادة اللغة الانجليزية
- لديه جهاز كمبيوتر وجهاز جوال حديث واتصال انترنت جيد
- القدرة على فهم الاختلافات بين العملاء والتعامل مع كل شخصية بطريقة مناسبة
- بناء العلاقات مع مختلف العملاء وانشاء قاعدة عملاء جيدة
- اللباقة وحسن الحديث مع العملاء والقدرة على الإقناع
- العمر من 22 – 35 سنة
