**المتطلبات:**

* خبرة في التسويق الخارجي والمبيعات، ويفضل في قطاع المطاعم أو المخابز أو خدمات الكاترنج.
* امتلاك قاعدة عملاء قوية في محافظة مسقط والولايات المجاورة.
* علاقات متميزة مع المؤسسات الحكومية والخاصة، والشركات، والفنادق، والمدارس، والجامعات، والجهات المختلفة.
* القدرة على استقطاب العملاء وإبرام العقود وتحقيق مستهدفات المبيعات.
* مهارات عالية في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض.
* شخصية جذابة، وحضور احترافي، وروح المبادرة وتحمل المسؤولية.
* شخصية قيادية، ومهارات عالية في التواصل والإقناع والتفاوض.
* القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإيجاد الحلول المناسبة للتحديات
* امتلاك رخصة قيادة وسيارة (يفضل).

**المهام الوظيفية:**

* التسويق الخارجي لخدمات المطاعم والمخابز والكاترنج.
* بناء علاقات طويلة الأمد مع العملاء الحاليين واستقطاب عملاء جدد.
* متابعة العروض والعقود وتحقيق الأهداف البيعية المحددة.
* تمثيل الشركة بصورة احترافية وتعزيز حضورها في السوق.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive market knowledge, strong business relationships, and the ability to achieve sales targets while expanding our customer base.
Requirements:
Proven experience in outdoor sales and marketing, preferably in the restaurant, bakery, or catering industry.
An established customer base within Muscat Governorate and neighboring areas.
Strong relationships with government and private organizations, companies, hotels, schools, universities, hospitals, and other institutions.
Proven ability to generate new business, secure contracts, and achieve sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Professional appearance with a confident, charismatic, and proactive personality.
Strong leadership qualities and the ability to work independently.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
A valid driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and market the company’s restaurant, bakery, and catering services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients while acquiring new customers.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and contracts to achieve sales objectives.
Represent the company professionally and strengthen its presence in the market.
