المهام الأساسية:
– التأكد من عمل بنية الشبكات بشكل متواصل
– تخطيط و تطبيق الشبكات
– التأكد من أمن الشبكات والأنظمة
– المحافظة على سلامة الشبكة والخوادم وأنظمة الحماية
– إدارة نظام تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP) والنسخ الاحتياطي واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها
– إجراء تحديثات أنظمة التشغيل والإصلاحات وإعدادات التكوين
– توثيق إعدادت الأنظمة
– دعم جميع الموظفين والعملاء والاستجابة لجميع المشاكل في الوقت المناسب وبطريقة مهذبة وفعالة
– عمل التدريب لإستخدام الأنظمة و التقنيات المستخدمة حسب الحاجة
– المشاركة في المناوبات عند الطلب والحاجة في غير ساعات العمل
– المساعدة في تطبيق التقنيات الجديدة التوصية للترقيات المستقبلية
– المساعدة في صيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وتعيين أجهزة الكمبيوتر والأجهزة الطرفية الموجودة والجديدة
– تأدية مهام أخرى في نطاق العمل حسب كما يتم تعينها
المهارات المطلوبة:
– خبرة قوية في التعامل من أنظمة وندوز Windows
– خبرة في التعامل مع الشبكات
– معرفة بإدارة الخوادم
– معرفة بـ SQL
– خبرة سابقة بالتعامل مع أنظمة ERP
– يتطلب أن يكون شخص إيجابي و يجيد العمل بشكل إفرادي ومع الفريق
المتطلبات
- شهادة بكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو شهادة بكاليروس في مجال تقنية المعلومات
- خبرة سنتين في مجال تقنية المعلومات
- معرفة في المفاهيم والمعايير والإجرائات العامة في مجال تقنية المعلومات
- وجود أي شهادة متعلقة بالمجال تعتبر إضافة مميزة
- يجيد الكتابة والتواصل باللغة الإنجليزية
- إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر إضافة مميزة
