– تنفيذ كافة أعمال التفصيل والصيانة والتحديث لخطوط البخار من البويلرات إلى خطوط الإنتاج و الماكينات المختلفة
– تصنيع كافة أنواع القطع حسب المخططات الهندسية والرسومات الفنية وبناءا على تعليمات مهندس الصيانة الميكانيكية
– فحص القطع التي يتم تصنيعها والتأكد من أنها تحقق الأبعاد والقياسات النهائية و حدود التفاوت المطلوب حسب المخططات والرسومات الفنية و التأكد من متانة اللحام المنفذ والعمل على الحد من عيوب اللحام
– التنسيق مع أمين مستودع قطع الغيار في طلب واستلام الأدوات والعدد و المواد اللازمة لتنفيذ مهام الحدادة واللحام المطلوبة وذلك حسب الأنظمة والإجراءات المعتمدة و تعليمات مهندس الصيانة الميكانيكية
– استخدام الماكينات و المعدات والأدوات التابعة له بشكل صحيح و المحافظة عليها بحالة تشغيلية جيدة والإبلاغ عن أية أعطال تحدث عليها
– إبلاغ مهندس الصيانة الميكانيكية عن أية مهام فنية لا يمكن تنفيذها ضمن الإمكانيات المتوفرة له
