– المحافظة علي مخزون المستودعات وإدارته حسب الطرق المتبعة
– استلام الأصناف الواردة من الموردين ومطابقتها مع الكمية المطلوبة
– تصميم الجداول الخاصة بتحديد مواعيد توصيلات بضاعة الزبائن في وقتها
– الإحتفاظ بسجلات البضاعة الوارد والمحولة والتي تم توصيلها للزبائن
– تخزين الاصناف وفقا لأسس التخزين السليمة
– التأكد من مطابقة الأصناف المووودة بالمستودعات مع المووودة بالنظام المحاسي والتحقق من الصنف وصحة العدد
– المحافظة على المخزون والعمل على حمايته من التلف والضياع واتخاذ الاوراءات اللازمة للتخلص من الاصناف الراكدة والمستغني عنها
– إستلام وترتيب البضاعة تجنباً للتلف أو الكسر
– وضع مخططات للمستودعات وأماكن تواود البضاعة

  • القدرة على التخطيط
