Workshop & Sites (Bahrain)
Schedule: Full-time (8 hrs/day, 6 days/week)
Role Summary
Conduct end-to-end quality inspections across joinery and interior fit-out operations (cutting, assembly, finishing, and pre-dispatch) to ensure full compliance with technical drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Inspections: Perform dimensional, visual, and workmanship checks across all production stages.
Materials: Verify incoming timber, veneers, boards, hardware, and metals against specs.
Defect Control: Segregate non-conforming items, issue rework requests, and hold release until quality standards are met.
Reporting: Maintain inspection logs, summarize defect trends, and recommend process improvements.
Coordination: Align with Design, Production, Painting, and Site teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
Experience: 5–8 years in QC inspection within joinery, furniture, or interior fit-outs.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Quality, Engineering, Wood Tech, Design, or equivalent.
Skills: Proficient in reading shop drawings, defect analysis, measurement tools, and MS Office.
