نبحث عن مدير تشغيل ذو خبرة للإشراف على العمليات التشغيلية والإنتاجية لمصنع متخصص في تصنيع وتنفيذ الهياكل المعدنية الكبيرة، والمظلات، وأعمال الحديد والألمنيوم.
المهام الرئيسية:
* الإشراف على العمليات التشغيلية والإنتاجية اليومية للمصنع.
* إدارة فرق العمل ومتابعة تنفيذ المشاريع وفق الجداول الزمنية المحددة.
* متابعة الجودة والإنتاجية وضمان الالتزام بمعايير السلامة.
* التنسيق مع العملاء والموردين والإدارات المختلفة لضمان سير العمل بكفاءة.
* تحسين الأداء التشغيلي وتقليل التكاليف ورفع كفاءة الإنتاج.
المتطلبات:
* درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو أي تخصص ذي صلة.
* خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال الحديد والألمنيوم أو الصناعات المعدنية.
* خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والعمليات التشغيلية.
* يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في دول الخليج.
* مهارات قيادية وإدارية ممتازة.
