Agricultural Engineer / Landscaping Supervisor in Manama

We are looking for an Agricultural Engineer / Landscaping Supervisor to join our team in Bahrain.

The candidate should have practical experience in landscaping projects, garden maintenance, irrigation systems, planting works, and site supervision.

Main Responsibilities:

-Supervise landscaping and garden projects on-site

-Manage workers and daily site tasks

-Select suitable plants for Bahrain’s weather

-Follow up on planting, soil preparation, irrigation, fertilization, and maintenance

-Check plant health and identify common diseases or problems

-Install, check, and maintain irrigation systems

-Read basic drawings and site layouts

-Deal professionally with clients and project owners

-Prepare simple daily reports and site updates

Requirements:

-Minimum 3 years of experience in landscaping, agriculture, nursery work, or irrigation

-Experience in villa garden projects is preferred

-Knowledge of plants suitable for Bahrain’s climate

-Experience with drip irrigation, sprinklers, pumps, valves, filters, and irrigation lines

-Ability to supervise workers on-site

-Ability to read AutoCAD drawings is an advantage

-Must be able to show photos or examples of previous projects

-Good English communication skills

-Arabic is an advantage

-Must be presentable and able to deal with clients

-Must be able to work outdoors

Important:

-Valid Bahraini driving license is required

-Flexible visa is preferred

-Private car is an advantage

Salary: BD 240 per month

Package includes accommodation and transportation.

Visa may be provided after a successful trial period, if required.
