Planning Engineer (Immediate Joiner) – Bahrain in Manama

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain, available for immediate joining, and have proven experience in project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using planning software.

Prepare baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines.

Monitor project progress and analyze schedule performance.

Identify delays, risks, and critical path activities, and recommend corrective actions.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and schedule updates.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Track project resources and productivity against the approved schedule.

Support project planning, forecasting, and cost control activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual requirements, and company procedures.

Requirements

Currently residing in Bahrain.

Available to join immediately.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, infrastructure, or MEP projects.

Strong knowledge of project planning and scheduling principles.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 is required; experience with Microsoft Project is an advantage.

Ability to prepare and interpret project schedules, S-curves, histograms, and progress reports.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
