Marketing Manager in Manama

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate should be currently available in Bahrain and ready to join immediately. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and supporting business growth. Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and online presence.

Oversee content creation, branding, advertising, and promotional activities.

Analyze campaign performance and prepare marketing reports with actionable insights.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.

Manage the marketing budget and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Collaborate with the sales team to generate quality leads and support business development.

Build and maintain relationships with external agencies, media partners, and vendors.

Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative marketing solutions.

Requirements

Currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiner preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or in a similar leadership role.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and other marketing tools.

Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
