Marketing Manager in Manama

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing digital campaigns, and driving brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online channels.

Manage and optimize social media platforms and digital content.

Analyze marketing performance, website traffic, leads, and campaign results using relevant analytics tools.

Develop strategies to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition.

Coordinate with sales and other departments to support business development activities.

Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Conduct market research and monitor industry trends and competitors.

Create and oversee marketing content, promotional materials, and campaigns.

Track KPIs and prepare regular marketing performance reports.

Identify new digital marketing opportunities and implement innovative strategies to improve results.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Manager, or similar role.

Strong background in the digital marketing industry.

Excellent knowledge of social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and lead generation.

Experience with digital marketing analytics and reporting tools.

Strong understanding of current marketing trends and digital platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects effectively.

Real estate or property marketing experience is an advantage.

Must be currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
