Digital Marketing Manager in Manama

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the digital marketing industry and proven experience in developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other online platforms.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across relevant platforms.

Develop engaging digital content, campaigns, and promotional materials.

Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, leads, conversions, and ROI.

Analyze digital marketing data and prepare regular performance reports.

Implement effective lead-generation strategies to increase qualified leads and conversions.

Conduct market research and monitor competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior.

Work closely with the sales team to support lead conversion and business development.

Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Identify new digital marketing opportunities, platforms, and technologies.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.

Strong professional background in the digital marketing industry.

Excellent knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and lead generation.

Experience using Google Analytics and other digital marketing and reporting tools.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.

Experience in real estate, property, construction, or related industries is an advantage.

Must be currently available in Bahrain.

Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
