Role summary
Responsible for managing customer reservations and ensuring satisfaction through excellent service and efficient booking coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and manage customer reservations via phone, email, and electronic systems
- Ensure accuracy of information entered into the reservation system and update it regularly
- Communicate with customers to confirm reservations and provide necessary details about available services
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of reservations
- Handle complaints and inquiries related to reservations and resolve issues effectively
