– تحديد احتياجات اللغة الانجليزية بالنسبة للمتدربات المشاركات في دورة القيادات الشابة
– إعداد المناهج و المواد التعليمية ويتضمن ذلك مهارات متقدمة في اللغة الانجليزية
– تنفيذ الدورات التدريبية المتخصصة في اللغة الانجليزية حسب حاجة المستفيدات
– المتابعة و التقييم للدورات المنفذة
– القيام بهمام التوثيق و الأرشفة اللازمة
– اعداد التقارير اللازمة حول التدريب و ارسالها بشكل اسبوعي منتظم إلى المنسق الميداني
– تنفيذ دورات تدريبية في مستويات متقدمة من مهارات اللغة الإنجليزية
– ضمان توثيق اللقاءات ومخرجاتها ومهام أخرى حسب الحاجة
