Marketing Manager in Manama

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, results-driven, and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain and available to join immediately. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, overseeing digital marketing activities, and driving lead generation to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and other online platforms.

Manage company branding, promotional materials, and marketing communications.

Create engaging content for social media, websites, brochures, and advertising campaigns.

Coordinate with sales teams to generate qualified leads and improve customer acquisition.

Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.

Analyze campaign performance using marketing analytics tools and prepare performance reports.

Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and media partners.

Organize and oversee events, exhibitions, product launches, and promotional activities.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in Bahrain or the GCC.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content creation.

Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and email marketing platforms.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.

Valid Bahrain driving license is an advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Currently residing in Bahrain.

Available to join immediately.

Experience working in real estate, construction, or related industries is an advantage.

Arabic language skills are a plus.
