Marketing Manager in Manama

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketing Manager who is currently residing in Bahrain and available to join immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation. Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

Plan, manage, and optimize digital and traditional marketing campaigns.

Generate high-quality leads through online and offline marketing initiatives.

Manage the company’s social media platforms, website, and digital presence.

Coordinate with designers, photographers, and content creators to produce engaging marketing materials.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze marketing data, and prepare performance reports.

Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.

Collaborate with the sales team to support business development and promotional activities.

Build and maintain the company’s brand identity across all marketing channels.

Requirements

Must be currently residing in Bahrain.

Immediate availability to join is required.

5–7 years of marketing experience, preferably within the real estate industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, SEO, SEM, and lead generation.

Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Experience with marketing analytics tools and campaign performance reporting.

Creative, strategic, and results-driven with strong organizational skills.
