HR Recruiter in Manama

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate must be currently residing in Bahrain, available to join immediately, and have hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and sourcing skills to attract and hire top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Create and publish job advertisements on Indeed and other recruitment platforms.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate updates.

Maintain the applicant tracking database and recruitment records.

Prepare offer letters and assist with the onboarding process.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Currently residing in Bahrain.

Available to join immediately.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, interviewing techniques, and candidate sourcing.

Experience using Indeed and other online job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting across multiple industries and job levels.

Familiarity with Bahraini labor regulations and HR best practices.

Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.
